How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

At Summer Print & Party, we take pride in creating personalised party favours and stationery that are crafted with care and attention to detail. Each product is handmade, ensuring a unique touch that makes your celebrations truly special.

As we prioritise quality and craftsmanship, please note that our products require time to be meticulously created. Our current turnaround time for orders is approximately 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. New designs and party packages may take longer to complete. This timeframe includes designing, production, quality checks, and packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

We understand the excitement of planning events and want to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. To help us serve you better, we recommend placing your orders well in advance of your event date. This allows us to allocate sufficient time for production and delivery.

For urgent orders or specific deadlines, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

How long does it take for orders to be delivered once dispatched?

Australia Wide

 

We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post or Sendle Courier. All express shipping is through Australia Post.

Standard shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia. In most cases, delivery takes between 5 to 10 business days. Express shipping normally takes between 2 to 4 business days.

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependent on the amount of products ordered, their weight and destination. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice as required to accommodate different shipping methods.

 

Outside Australia

We ship orders outside Australia using Australia Post.

International shipping times vary based on the destination country and customs clearance. Check our shipping calculator during checkout for estimated delivery times.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and package weight/dimensions, calculated at checkout.

 

Local Pick-up

We are pleased to be able to offer free local pick up for customers in Perth from our business location in Wandi, WA 6167.

Pick-up hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and can be made by appointment only. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within a 20km radius of our location in Wandi, 6167.

 

Dispatch Delays

While we strive to meet your dispatch date, occasional delays may happen during busy times. We prioritize orders based on their placement to ensure timely delivery. Keep in mind, larger orders may require more production time.

 

Refunds & Returns

Returns

If you find your products to be damaged, you may return the unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note that we are unable to process returns for opened items, so make sure to return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds

Following placement of your order, if you change your mind about your design, the products you have selected or wish to cancel your order, this does not entitle you to a refund. As soon as orders are placed, stock is ordered and design time is allocated for your order. We are however happy to make adjustments to accommodate your needs (prior to printing).

If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided and your order cannot be delivered as a result, this does not entitle you to a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
