PICNIC HIRE & SETUP

Low Wooden Picnic Table   -   $30 

Each Table measures approximately 1 meter long × 64 cm wide, fits 2-4 people.

Total of 8 tables available.

Collection and return to our location in Wandi 6167.  Delivery is available, please contact us for a quote.

 

From kids birthday celebrations to baby showers, we can design a unique picnic atmosphere for all your special occasions.

Our basic picnic package includes: 

• Low wooden picnic tables 
• Rugs & cushion seating for all guests
• Table runner
• Flowers - choice of pink, purple or blue flowers, or greenery/leaf garland
• Set-up & styling, so all you have to do is turn up
• 3 hour seating time (Can be extended upon request)
• Pack-up and cleaning so you can just leave & enjoy the rest of your day!

4-8 guests - $200

2 Tables, 2 Medium Rugs, 10 cushions & Table decor

9-14 guests - $250

3 Tables, 2 Medium Rugs, 14 cushions & Table decor

15-18 guests - $300

4 Tables, 2 Large Rugs, 18 cushions & Table decor

19-22 guests - $350

23-27 guests - $400

Basic picnic package does not include tableware (plates, napkins, cutlery and glasses). However, we can provide these at extra $5/per person.

We can help with extra decorations and party favours to suit your party theme. Please contact us for a quote.

Day booking applies to all bookings between the hours of 8am- 5pm. All bookings past 5pm incur an additional $50 fee.  

Can we set up anywhere?
Yes! We love setting up new places that we haven't been before!! There may be additional costs if there isn't close vehicle access or if it's over 30km from our base in Wandi WA 6167.  

How long is your booking for?
Picnic package duration is up to 3 hours, however if you would like to extend the time, you can book additional time for $30 per hour.

What if it rains, it's 50 km/h winds or its 40 degrees scheduled on our date?
Yes, this is always a risk. Our preference is to move the event inside to yours or one of the guests homes. We promise it will still be amazing and this way you won't be incurring any additional fees. If this isn't an option, we can look at venues to hire the week before. For picnic dates we are happy to reschedule, subject to availability, with no additional costs as long as we are notified 72 hrs prior to the picnic.  

Can we leave when we want?
You are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at the arranged time. If you would like to leave earlier than this time, please provide 30mins notice and you can contact us via the phone number provided when booking.
